Clan Registration

To Register: Complete this Registration Form and click the Submit button.
Mail your registration fee and Clan business card
to the Round Hill Clan Chairman at the address below.
Registration Fees must be received on or before Saturday, June 19, 2010, for Clan to be included in the Games Program.

Mail completed Registration Form to the Round Hill Clan Chairman at the address below.
Please include registration fee and Clan business card.

Clans whose registration is received on or before Saturday, June 19, 2010, will be included in the Games Program.
Clan business cards will be used for RHHG Program.

Clan Registration will be accepted until June 30, 2010.
However, Clans whose registrations are received after June 19, 2010, will not be included in the Games Program.

Clans may set up Friday, July 2, after 3:00pm and before 10:00am Saturday, July 3.
Clans may stay overnight Friday with City of Norwalk approval and permit.

Don't forget to bring your tartan for our kirkin' ceremony!
Plan to march in Clan Parade with banner during opening ceremonies at 11:30am.

Plaque for Best Clan Tent will be presented at closing ceremonies.
Participation ribbons are given to all clans.

Registration Fee

$30.00 - 10' x 10' tent space, includes 2 complimentary admissions to the Games.

Upon receipt of registration fee, you will be provided with a Letter of Admission for 2 complimentary passes.
Letter of Admission must be presented at Gate on day of Games.
